Before You Call
Answers to the most common pre-enquiry questions.
We cover all of London and the Home Counties. Our office is in Harrow in North West London and our own installation teams travel across the region. If you’re just outside, get in touch - we can usually help.
We typically arrange a site survey within 3–5 working days of your enquiry, and sooner where we can. You’ll receive a fully fixed quote shortly after the visit.
Yes. Alongside weekday visits we offer Saturday appointments and, by arrangement, early-evening surveys - helpful if you can’t take time off during the week.
To book your site survey we take a 10% deposit with your estimate. We then visit, measure up and confirm your fixed price. If you go ahead, that deposit comes straight off your order total, so the survey is completely free. And if the timing isn’t right, the deposit simply covers the visit. No pressure either way.
