Manufacturing
Your order enters our own joinery. Lead time is 6–10 weeks. You'll receive a progress update at each milestone.

Our fitting team arrives at the agreed time. Most residential installations are completed in 1–3 days with minimal disruption.

In most cases, no - like-for-like replacement windows fall under permitted development. If your home is in a conservation area or is a listed building you may need consent, and because we specialise in heritage joinery we can advise on, and often handle, the application for you.
Far less than you might expect. We fit one opening at a time, so your home is never left exposed, and we protect floors and furniture with dust sheets before we start. Most residential installations are completed in 1–3 days, and we tidy up at the end of every day.
Yes - full waste removal is included in every installation. We take away your old windows, doors and all packaging when we leave, and recycle the glass, timber and metal wherever possible.
We plan around the forecast and never leave an opening exposed. Each window is removed and its replacement fully sealed before we move to the next, so a passing shower causes no problems. Only in extreme conditions would we reschedule - always at no cost to you.
